Dan grew up in rural Victoria and all his working life has been dedicated to advancing the cause of regional and rural Australia. This experience in agriculture, trade, small business and tourism – coupled with Dan’s strong rural background and energy to get things done – means he is well placed to fight for the people of Western Victoria on the issues that matter.

Dan will be a strong voice for getting urgent action on our local roads. The Rudd Government has pushed Australia back in debt and squandered millions of dollars in reckless spending. Dan will ensure that Government spending is targeted at the issues of real importance to country people like our roads.
