I welcomed the decision by Fair Work Australia to dismiss the Union appeal against it's decision in June to vary the Retail Award 3 hour minimum to allow students to work after school. This is a great outcome for those students like Matthew Spencer and Leticia Harrison from the Terang Co-op, who took on the unions and defended their right to work after school.
