Dan Tehan speaks in Parliament to defend his call for the case of the six students who lost their jobs at the Terang Co-op to be submitted to the review of the Fair Work Act. He said the rules that led to the students losing their after school jobs was evidence that the Fair Work Act "needs fixing".
