Standing up for our community...

Dan is committed to the local community. He has held senior roles in volunteer groups including the Country Fire Authority, Apex the St Vincent de Paul Society . He was a board member of the Salvation Army while a diplomat in Mexico. Dan played country cricket and football and has also coached his son’s soccer team.

Now, more than ever, regional and rural communities need a strong and determined voice advocating on their behalf. Dan is already fighting to ensure Federal road and rail funding reaches country areas. Dan is speaking up so that our local families have access to the medical services they need, including a MRI machine at Warrnambool. Dan is also defending the right for local kids to have local jobs.
