2018 WANNON SPORTS AWARD CEREMONY

Member for Wannon, Dan Tehan, was thrilled to host the Australian Government Sports Awards on Thursday 22 November in Ararat.

Wannon athletes, coaches, and sporting clubs were acknowledged for their outstanding commitment or achievement in sport.

“The Australian Government Sport Awards present an excellent opportunity to recognise and celebrate the tremendous efforts and achievements within the Wannon sporting community,” said Mr Tehan.

The guest speaker for the Australian Government Sports Awards will be Kerryn Manning. Kerryn is an Australian horse trainer-driver and a world champion reinswoman in the sport of harness racing.
