Member for Wannon, Dan Tehan, was delighted to host the National Volunteer Awards at a ceremony on Thursday 22 November in Ararat.

The morning ceremony recognised and celebrated individual and group volunteers who have made an outstanding contribution to their local communities.

Mr Tehan said, “these awards are my favourite time of the year as they celebrate the volunteers in Wannon who freely give their time to help others, others in need in one way or another”.
